1. Basic Submission Rules

• Submit 2 identical photos

• Photos must be:

• Head size (chin to crown): 31–36 mm

• Face must:

  • Be centered and square to the camera
  • Include full head and shoulders

3. Image Quality Requirements

Photos must:

• Be sharp, clear, and in focus
• Have uniform lighting (no shadows or glare)
• Show natural skin tone
• Have clear contrast with background
• Be printed on high-quality photographic paper
• Be colour or black & white

4. Background and Appearance

• Plain white or light-coloured background
• Neutral facial expression (no smiling)
• Eyes open and clearly visible
• Head straight (not tilted)

Clothing tips:

• Avoid white clothing (may blend into background)

5. Not Allowed

• Digital alterations, including:

  • Changing facial features
  • Removing blemishes
  • Altering hair or skin tone

• Shadows or uneven lighting

• Poor-quality or home-printed photos
