Digital Specifications (Online Submission)

• Dimensions: 400 x 514 pixels.
• File Formats: jpg, jpeg, heic, heif, or png.
• File Size: No more than 8 MB.
• Recency: Taken within the last three months.

Physical Photo Specifications (Hardcopy)

• Finish: Must be on matte or semi-matte (non-reflective) paper.
• Size: 35mm wide by 45mm high, without a border.

Composition and Quality

• Background: Plain white.
• Lighting: Evenly lit with no shadows, "red-eye," or glare.
• Facial Expression: Neutral expression with the mouth closed. Eyes must be open and looking directly at the camera.
• Framing: Full face must be visible from the chin to the crown.
• Attire & Headgear:
  • Headgear is only permitted for religious or racial customs and must not hide facial features or cast shadows on the face.
  • Dark-colored clothing is recommended to provide a clear contrast against the white background.
• Eyewear: Frames must not obscure the eyes, and there should be no reflections on the lenses. Tinted lenses and sunglasses are not allowed.
